There is NO Such Thing as a ‘NORMAL’ Amount of Stress

Ginia Falcón / August 13, 2026

In our modern world, we live with unacceptably high levels of stress and have fooled ourselves into thinking that it is ‘normal’.  Society practically celebrates it as people with more stress are often perceived as being ‘more important’ than those with less.  Stress is such a part of our lives that we often create stress where there shouldn’t be any.  Need proof?  Ever been in the car with a driver who started to become visibly upset with slow moving traffic — even though neither of you are in a hurry?   Or, how about people who just cannot relax on the beach with a book when on vacation?  It is as if we don’t know what to do with ourselves if we are not feeling the nervous rush of stress.

Unfortunately, the physical effects of stress are all too prevelant:

Emotions Have Physical Consequences

Ginia Falcón / August 13, 2026

The link between stress and disease is undeniable. A simple Google search on the impacts of stress on health and disease returns hundreds, if not thousands, of articles. Medical researchers have dug into this topic for years and have noted that for just about every major disease and chronic condition, stress plays a key role. From cardiovascular disease, autoimmune diseases, metabolic diseases & cancers, stress and negative emotions literally breakdown the body and inhibit healing. The simple truth is that there are physical consequences to our emotions. This fact is not well understood at all by the majority of people and is creating a health crisis. Just ask yourself: Is it really a coincidence that the increased severity

Why do I need a coach for cancer or chronic illness? Isn’t my doctor/holistic practitioner enough?

Ginia Falcón / August 13, 2026

Health and Wellness Coaching is a huge industry now and there seems to be no shortage of coaches ready to help with all kinds of health and life challenges.  Many of you may have the asked yourself the question above in the article’s title:  Why do I need a coach for cancer or chronic illness?  The short answer is that my coaching is different; I have lived out what I now coach to others.  I was diagnosed at 53 years of age with Multiple Myeloma back in 2018 and nearly lost my life.  If you are unfamiliar with this disease, it is one of the incurable cancers.

In my healing journey, I have tried just about every holistic/alternative external cancer protocol imaginable: countless supplements, herbs, teas, diets, repurposed drugs, hyperthermia, coffee enemas,

What the Mind Believes, The Body Will Follow: Uncovering the Real Source of Cancer and Chronic Illness

Ginia Falcón / August 13, 2026

What if you learned that cancer wasn’t caused by your ‘bad’ genes, or by living next to a power plant, or by being exposed to asbestos?  (Yes, these things can contribute, but they aren’t the source).  What if you learned that cancer and chronic illness were really the body’s compensating response to emotional conflicts and trauma in your life?  And that by removing these conflicts and/or changing the way you internally process them, the body stops making the cancer and you heal?

And what if you also learned that you could heal your body with truly positive emotions such as gratitude, love and peace?  Finally, what if you then learned that surrendering, and
